“I’m the Director of the Baltimore Teacher Supply Swap, a non-profit organization that equips teachers and families with school supplies by repurposing supplies others no longer need. We collect donations of materials that would otherwise go to waste from teachers, schools, and businesses. Then, we make them available at our “free store” for anyone who needs educational materials.
We want to reach more businesses that throw away office supplies – donate them to us instead! We also need volunteers to help run the “free store” during open hours. Our volunteers are the stars of this organization – they have so much heart and we couldn’t do this without them!”
